1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the Inline6 online shop – owner: Justin Brenneis.

3. Conclusion of contract

By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent immediately after you submit the order. A contract is only concluded upon our express order confirmation or upon delivery of the goods.


4. Prices and payment terms

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Additional shipping costs will be listed separately during the ordering process. Payment can be made using the available payment methods (e.g., Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal).


5. Delivery and shipping

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days. If a product is not available, we will notify you immediately.





6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.



7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details can be found in our cancellation policy on our website.


8. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.


9. Liability

We are only liable for damages not caused to the delivered item itself in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for minor negligence is excluded.


10. Data protection

Information on how we handle personal data can be found in our privacy policy.


11. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.


The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of Inline6 in Austria.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between

(hereinafter referred to as "Seller")
and contracts concluded via the online shop with consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).

Any differing or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless their validity has been expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
The contract is concluded as soon as the seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via email or dispatches the goods.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices quoted are in euros and include VAT .

Any additional shipping costs will be clearly communicated to the customer before the order process is completed.

4th delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 2–7 working days .
If an ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately in this case.

5. Payment methods

The payment methods displayed at checkout are available in the online shop, in particular:

  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Instant bank transfer

The charge will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days .

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller of his decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).

8. Consequences of the revocation

In the event of a valid cancellation, the seller shall refund all payments made by the customer, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to a more expensive shipping method chosen by the customer), within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The seller may refuse to issue a refund until the goods have been returned or the customer has provided proof of return.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs
  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions under Austrian law apply.

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.
In case of defects, the customer is initially entitled to repair or replacement. Only if this is not possible or unreasonable can a price reduction or contract termination be demanded.

11. Liability

The seller is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence .

Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of damage to life, body or health, and in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations.

12. Product Liability

Claims under the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

13. Data protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy , available on the seller's website.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.

15. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
